Imam Hussain's title Father of the Free (Abal Ahrar) encapsulates his stand against oppression and injustice on the day of Ashura in Karbala is an eternal inspiration for every free man and woman, and every freedom movement. In his powerful speech on that day to the enemy forces, Imam Hussain said “Even if you don't believe in religion... at least be free in this world.”, encouraging them not to be enslaved to a corrupt, ruthless, unjust system.
